Return & Refund Policy

• If the product you receive has a genuine quality or manufacturing defect, missing parts or accessories or delivered in a physically damaged condition.
• If an incorrect product was delivered to you, i.e. the product does not match the item description mentioned on the website or wrong product is delivered.

·      Products must be unused and in original packaging.

• We only accept returns/exchanges, if the item is purchased directly from our website www.unisafecookware.in.
• Return/exchange of product if bought from any other website/dealer will be subject to the return policy of the respective website/dealer.

·      Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with supporting 4-5 images.

·      Refunds or replacements will be processed after inspection within 4-5 days.

• Unisafe Cookware reserves the right to alter and enforce this Return Policy at any time without serving prior notice.
