We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service at any time.

2. Product Information

We strive to display accurate product descriptions, specifications, and pricing.
However, slight variations in product appearance or packaging may occur due to manufacturing updates or display differences.

All products are intended for normal household use unless specified otherwise.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR), unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.
Orders will be billed at the price applicable at the time of purchase.

Payment must be completed in full before an order is processed and shipped.

4. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our discretion. Orders can be cancelled before they are packaged for dispatch only. Post that the option won’t be available. You can easily cancel your order online by going to your order section and press the cancel button. Once the order is packed for dispatch the cancel button will disappear. In case of pre-paid orders, once cancelled we will process the refund and the amount shall reflect in your account in 7-10 business days. 

 Orders may be cancelled if:

  • Payment is not successfully completed.
  • Product availability issues arise or suspected fraud.
  •  Incorrect or incomplete information is provided.

5. Shipping & Delivery

UNISAFE processes orders within 1–3 business days after order confirmation. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location, courier services, and external factors. Please ensure you provide the complete & accurate shipping address including zip code and a mobile number. UNISAFE is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or circumstances beyond our control. Shipping charges (if applicable) are displayed at checkout. During Festive Season, Gifting for Special Occasions or Bulk Orders customers are advised to place orders 10 - 15 days in advance of required delivery date

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

We do not accept returns for reasons other than manufacturing defects or damage during transit, unless stated otherwise.

7. Warranty

Warranty coverage, where applicable, is outlined in our Warranty Policy.

Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.

8. Limitation of Liability

UNISAFE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Use of our products is at the customer’s own discretion and responsibility.

10. Governing Law
