Warranty Policy
Top of Form
Warranty coverage, where applicable, is outlined in our Warranty Policy.
Warranty context strictly covers Manufacturing Defects in material and workmanship. Warranty period is declared on every product details.
Unisafe Cookware reserves the right to alter and enforce this Warranty Policy at any time without serving prior notice.
Common Exclusions (What is NOT Covered)
The following are almost never covered:
- Consumable Parts: Gaskets (rubber rings), safety valves, whistles (vent weights), and plastic/bakelite handles. These are considered "wear and tear" parts.
- Misuse / Dry Heating: Damage caused by heating an empty pan or allowing a flame to lick the sides of the cookware.
- Commercial Use: If household cookware is used in a restaurant or catering setting, the warranty is typically voided.
- Surface Appearance: Scratches from metal spatulas, discoloration (rainbow tint), or dulling of the mirror finish over time.
- Accidental Damage: Dents from dropping the cookware or glass lids breaking.
How to Ensure Your Warranty is Valid
- Keep the Invoice: The physical or digital invoice is more important than the warranty card itself.
- Genuine Spares: Using "local" non-branded spare parts can void the warranty of the entire unit. You can buy Genuine parts from the official “Unisafe” website.
